Here’s the baking book from Matt Lewis of @brooklynbaker. He shares his classic recipes for Everyday Chocolate Chip Cookies, the Classic Brownie, the Yellow Picnic Party Cake, a Scottish Lemon Drizzle Loaf, and his Posh Chocolate Cake. The baking book has chapters on bars, cookies, cakes, and pie, plus tips for home cooks to create these successfully.
