We’re doing two cookalongs this autumn here at Cookbook Divas. Join us as we cook through cookbooks in our home kitchens, then come together online to share our photos, tips, successes and failures with other cookbook-loving group members!

The first cookalong, starting October 1st, 2026, is a Gilmore Girls Autumn Festival celebration. The second cookalong begins November 1st, 2026, and is a Disney Parks Retro Cookalong.

Gilmore Girls Autumn Festival – October 2026

You’re invited to join us this October 2026 for our Gilmore Girls Autumn Festival Cookalong!

We’ll cook and craft our way through “Gilmore Girls: The Official Autumn Festival Cookbook and Entertaining Guide: Featuring 40 Cozy Recipes and Party Plans” by Cassandra Reeder and Lindsay Gilbert (Insight Editions, September 29, 2026)

We’ll cook and chat together in our Cookalong broadcast channel on Instagram, but mostly over in our cozy private Facebook group.

I’m planning some Gilmore Girls trivia games, and perhaps a fan art contest or two!

Looking forward to autumn and the cozy season!

Disney Parks Retro Cookalong – November 2026

Our cookbook cookalong for November 2026 is “The Unofficial Disney Parks Retro Cookbook: 60+ Nostalgic Recipes and Stories of Yesteryear” is by Julie Tremaine and Carly Caramanna  (Harper Celebrate, October 13, 2026).

The authors have recreated recipes from Disney parks restaurants that are (sadly) long gone, such as the Adventureland Verandah, the Empress Lilly, and the Tahitian Terrace.

Pre-order your copy of this upcoming new cookbook on Amazon or at Barnes & Noble or Target (affiliate links).

We will start cooking recipes and making drinks from the cookbook on November 1st. Join our cozy private Facebook cookalong group or subscribe to our Instagram broadcast channel to participate in photo posting, livestreams, chats and discussions.
