Persiana One: One Pan. One Tray. One Pot, by Sabrina Ghayour (September 15, 2026)
I love Middle Eastern food, and Sabrina Ghayour is one of my top favorite cookbook authors. I’m so grateful that the publisher sent me an advance copy of Persiana One so I could explore it early. So many easy, fuss-free and comforting recipes, especially for a cookbook that releases in autumn! The easy cleanup of one pot or one pan recipes is definitely a life hack I need to incorporate into my busy life. I find that she uses easy to find ingredients, including lots of fresh product and herbs.
Chapters include Really Useful Staples; Dips & Bits; Spectacular Salads; Easy Everyday; Weekend Wonders; Traybakes; Something Special; Vegetables & Sides; and then Sweet Treats.

Radicchio: A Celebration of the Beloved Italian Vegetable, by Lane Selman and Margarett Waterbury with photographs by Shawn Linehan (September 29, 2026)
The recipes in this cookbook offer ways to use radicchio in pasta, with rice, with polenta, on pizza, and of course in salads. There’s even a section suggesting we use radicchio in sweets! I admit I have never used radicchio for anything other than in a salad, so I’m curious to learn more.

Recipes from the Rum Islands: Food & Stories from the Caribbean, by Shivi Ramoutar (October 13, 2026)
The cookbook author is a chef who grew up in Trinidad and has lived in London and Leicester, where she ran a supper club. Chapters in this Caribbean inspired cookbook include Cutters (snacks for sharing), Soups and Salads, One Pot, Two Pots or Three, Something on the Side, Sweet Things, Sticky Fingered Goodies, Drink Up, and For the Larder.
The recipes I’m the most intrigued by here so far are Choka (a dip made with roasted vegetables), cornmeal baked okra, and Baked Eggs Creole. There are many meat and fish centric recipes, so it may be tough to find more vegetarian items (but I’ll find out when I explore this cookbook more fully).
Available at Amazon, at Barnes & Noble or via Target.

Scran: Modern Scottish Food Inspired by Tradition: Modern Scottish Food Inspired by Tradition, by Ali Stoner (October 13, 2026)
I’m sixth generation Scottish, but don’t know how to cook any Scottish food. I’m enjoying exploring and learning from this Scottish cookbook thanks to the publisher gifting me an advance copy. It will be so interesting to see how Scottish food compares to British food and other culinary traditions from the British isles.
Chapters include My Scottish Pantry, Scottish Breakfast, Handheld Savories, On Toast, Soups, Family Scran, On the Side, Sweet Puddings, Your Daily Bread, Home Baking, Swally (cocktails and drinks), and finally Sauces and Seasonings.

Sugar & Spice: Sweet Treats and Bakes to Enjoy as the Nights Draw In, by Francesca Huntingdon (October 6, 2026)
I’m really enjoying this autumnal baking book (thank you to the publisher for gifting me an early copy to peruse!) There are so many delicious desserts and goodies in here to enjoy in autumn and winter. Comfort food for the win!
Chapters include Pastries, Pies & Tarts; Muffins, Cupcakes & Loaves; Biscuits, Brownies & Traybakes; Little Treats; Puddings & Desserts; and Showstoppers. (I don’t think I personally have the baking skills to attempt any showstoppers, but I know I can bang out some great tarts and cupcakes!)

Wine & Dine at Home: Easy recipes & perfect pairings, by Charlotte Kristensen (September 15, 2026)
I’m recommending this new book over on my wine blog too. Inside, there are wine and food pairing lessons and guides, plus recipes. This might be a great resource for people in their late 20s who are just now getting interested in wine and culinary pursuits.
Chapters include Discover, Pair, and Curate. Recipes include appetizers and nibbles, charcuterie boards, fish and seafood, poultry and meat, cheese, and a vegetarian section (yay!)
Shop for this new wine book on Amazon or at Barnes & Noble.
Stay tuned, as they say, for our previews of these new cookbooks on the Cookbook Divas social profiles and over on YouTube.
