With the holidays coming up, it will be very important for us to keep foods separated. There are ways of dividing larger items into smaller ones, but wouldn’t it be nice to be able to cook it all separately so you don’t have to handle it after it is finished? Take a peek at some of these finger food cookbooks to help plan some small parties and gatherings during the holidays.

I have a lot of friends and family who are transitioning to the keto diet. This can make cooking in general a little difficult which is why Keto Snacks: Over 50 Guilt-Free Keto-Friendly Snacks (via Amazon; affiliate link) cookbook will come in handy. As the title says, there are over 50 keto friendly recipes you can choose from.

This book has a really unique table of contents – it is divided into flavors. Meaty, cheesy, dips, eggy, etc.

There are beautiful and bright pictures throughout the cookbook. Without compromising on flavor, you can eat healthy snacks! I personally love snacking during Christmas rather than having a giant meal. Everyone is so busy socializing and participating in all the holiday activities it is hard to rally everyone together.

Dream Bites Cookbook: Cooking with the Commandos (via Amazon; affiliate link) is an interesting book. I chose this because there are a lot of “to go” or “mini” recipes trickled throughout that look very appetizing. I was immediately drawn to this book, because there is a whole sandwich section. My family’s Christmas tradition has been to make your own sandwich. Because we have to be exceptionally careful this year, making small sandwich bites would be ideal.

Bonus! They even have recipes for dog treats!

I have been raving about Dumplings Equal Love: Delicious Recipes from Around the World (via Amazon; affiliate link) cookbook for about a month now! I think it would be really fun to change up Thanksgiving and Christmas and serve different kinds of dumplings! This cookbook has a whole array of recipes and techniques that will keep the holidays interesting. The pictures are full of color!

Perhaps dumpling making can be a part of a new Christmas tradition. The whole family can get in on the fun by making different kinds of unique dumplings. I love that there are a variety of ways to make dumplings (steaming, grilling, boiling, etc)

Usually cookies are the go to for Christmas and pies for Thanksgiving, but why not change it up with cupcakes? Maybe you are having small gatherings with friends and family outside of the holidays! I think my favorite dessert are cupcakes, so when I saw Fantastic Filled Cupcakes: Kick Your Baking Up a Notch with Incredible Flavor Combinations cookbook (via Amazon; affiliate link) I was thrilled.

One thing I enjoy most about this cookbook is that there are all levels of bakes. If you are a beginner, there are plenty of easy cupcake recipes that look bold and beautiful. You can also dive right into advanced recipes with some of their elaborate cupcakes.

One thing we can all say this year is we need to step up our cooking game! Make things just a little more joyous and festive! I know I need a jumpstart, so these appetizer cookbooks have helped spark my creativity! Are there any finger food ideas you have for the holidays?
