I collect children’s picture books about food, and thought some of you might like to see my latest addition! “Please Pass the Tamales!” is by author Silvia López @silvialopezauthor with fantastic illustrations by Mirelle Ortega @msmirelle . (I really hope they win a book award for these illustrations!) Published in August 2026 by Crown Books for Young Readers.
