Here are 52 recipes for prepping your keto lunches to bring to work with you.

Mangia: How to Eat Your Way through Italy, by Maria Pasquale (March 4, 2025)
This is the cookbook I’m most excited about from this spring’s crop. It covers 20 of Italy’s regions, discussing the food origins, local produce, drinks to pair with the region’s dishes, and an iconic recipe from each.
