This book was produced by the Our Place cookware brand. Eleven chefs and restaurateurs were invited to host a dinner party and share the recipes from their menus with us. The cookbook includes over 100 recipes from parties themed around Valentine’s Day, spring, BBQ, a garden party, a Halloween party, Friendsgiving and a hot pot party.

100 recipes from the author’s Cantonese, French and Bay Area food influences. He’s a fashion designer and culinary creator. He presents really inventive flavorful fusion recipes, such as Cacio e Pepe Sticky Rice with Egg, Char Siu Bacon Cheeseburger, and Chickpea Bourguignon.

How to use all that tinned (or canned) fish from your pantry? This cookbook shares recipes you can use at picnics, at cocktail parties, on Sunday morning, in seafood stew and more.

Magnolia Bakery Handbook of Icebox Desserts, by Bobbie Lloyd (April 22, 2025)
Here are 100 no-bake recipes for icebox desserts. Those are desserts that originated in the post-war years as more homes got refrigeration. You assemble them and let them “set” in the fridge or hours or a day or so before serving. A bit of baking might be involved (cookies to crumble in, crusts or pastries to mix in). Recipes include puddings, pies, cheesecakes, wafer cookies and no-bake bars.

My (Half) Latinx Kitchen: Half Recipes, Half Stories, All Latin American, by Kiera Wright-Ruiz (February 11, 2025)
The author is half Asian, half Latinx, and shares recipes from the Latinx diaspora, with Asian flavors incorporated in. Along the way we learn about the author and their experiences. There are recipes for taquitos, cookies, salsas, ceviche, and Okonomiyaki Quesadillas.
